For a few days, our guest was Fr. Lambert Vos OSB, Abbot of the monastery in Chevetogne (Belgium), also sometimes called the Monastery of Unity, where the liturgy is celebrated in the Roman and Byzantine rites. Abbot Lambert, who was accompanied by Fr. Maciej Pawlik OSB of Tyniec as interpreter, told us about his monastery; he also met with our oblates. We owe him a brief visit by Fr. Erik Varden OCSO, Bishop of Trondheim in Norway, accompanied by Bishop Michal Janocha.
