Meeting with the history of the church and monastery of the Benedictine Nuns of the Blessed Sacrament

8 September 2024 By mniszki

Our church is first and foremost a place of prayer and constant adoration of the Lord Jesus in the Eucharist, but it is also a monument and witness to the history of Poland.

As part of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the martyrdom of 34 Benedictine Nuns of the Blessed Sacrament under the rubble of the church and monastery, a historical lecture combined with a tour of the church and crypt took place on Sunday, September 8, after the evening Mass. The meeting was led by MA Katarzyna Majcherek, our oblate.
